You can return any item with the exception of a sale item for change of mind
If you'd like a store credit, exchange or have a faulty item, please email us directly.
2. PRINT AND ATTACH YOUR LABEL
If you don't have a printer, simply take to the post office and they can print this for you.

3. COMPLETE PAPER SLIP TO IDENTIFY REFUND METHOD
You will receive a paper return slip with your order, please specify which items you are returning and whether you would like a Refund* or an 110% Store Credit.
4. DROP OFF YOUR PARCEL
The returns portal will locate your closest drop off point.
*Refunds are only applicable on full price items.
Your return will processed within 5-7 business days once delivered to our warehouse facility.
