Shipping Policy

At Bionatura we're here to assist you in receiving your new shoes. Our  team are working hard to get your shoes to you as fast as possible and in light of recent times, as safely as we can.   

We aim to dispatch all orders that have been received before midday and we ensure that orders received after midday will be dispatched within the next business day.

There may be times where delays occur but rest assured it’s our goal to get your shoes to you as quickly as we can.

The delivery times listed below are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, public holidays and any other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Details:

Within Australia:

  • $10.00 flat rate for orders under $90.00
  • Free standard shipping for orders above $90.00
  • $15.00 flat rate to upgrade to express shipping

*Please note that depending on your location, Express shipping can now take up to 3 business days due to COVID-19. Please contact us in advance if you have any concerns. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery time frames. We suggest ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment. 

Within New Zealand:

  • $20.00 flat rate for orders under $150.00
  • Free standard shipping for orders above $150.00
  • Express shipping is not available for New Zealand customers

All NZ orders are delivered via registered Australia Post. We recommend directing your order to your work or another suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you can collect it. We happily deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Due to COVID-19 the current estimated delivery time to New Zealand is 8 – 15 Business Days as there are less flights to send parcels overseas. Please note that to speed up the shipping process AUS post are bypassing some scanning stages to save time, so you may not get another update until your parcel reaches New Zealand or even on the day your parcel is due to arrive at your address.

Please allow for up to 10 extra Business days once entering the country if your parcel is being transferred to your address from the local delivery network/sorting center. If you are worried about our parcel please contact us and we can escalate your concerns to the best of our ability.

Please contact AUS Post or NZ Post for deliveries to New Zealand (call NZ Post if your tracking number states your item has arrived in New Zealand) and reference your tracking number and they will give you all the details of the status of your parcel. Of course, if you are having trouble or cannot get adequate answers, we are always happy to escalate issues.
